I have been at SDS since the early 90’s. I am a graduate of Illinois State University, B.S in Ed. I have seen our system evolve from a character based to a web based program. As technology changes, so does our program and that keeps it interesting, challenging, and fun! I started out in our Chicago area office but have migrated to the gulf coast of Florida. I am the mother of 2 boys. Most of our spare time is spent at the baseball fields. Their All Star team won the 2009 State of Florida Little League Championship.

I’ve met so many great people and made so many good friends throughout the eleven years I’ve been with SDS. It is very rewarding to work on the phone with someone and hear the excitement in their voice when they accomplish whatever it was they were working on. SDS is a great program but the clients are what make this the best position in the world!

I enjoy working with our clients helping them learn the student office programs. One of my favorite things is when I am able to teach someone a new “trick” or “shortcut” in the program that they aren’t aware of. It’s always fun to see (or hear) their reaction to this new tip that will make their job easier!

Vicki Triplett
Student Trainer and Support Specialist
I am a graduate of St. Joseph’s College with a BS in Computer Science. I programmed for SJC for three years which gave me a lot of experience that I bring to SDS. After three years off to be a new mom, I returned to the working world, this time at my high school alma mater as a computer data clerk. I was responsible for all the scheduling, demographics, attendance, discipline, and basically all student data entry that you can find in SDS. The school recently purchased the SDS program, and during a support call one day, I asked about employment with SDS. The rest, as they say, is history. Thank you Terry and John! I enjoy my job with SDS because it is fun and I learn something new every day, even from our clients. I have met some very nice people in my years of work, and I get to dabble in my other career interest of teaching. When I am not busy with support calls, I assist my husband, a ranger at a Boy Scout camp, with small duties. We have 1 son, who is an Eagle Scout. Our family is heavily involved in the Boy Scouts of America as volunteer leaders too. I enjoy scrapbooking, reading, and listening to country music as hobbies.
